Pro pochopen\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitosti sp\u00e1nku je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 sezn\u00e1mit se s jeho jednotliv\u00fdmi f\u00e1zemi a rozd\u00edly mezi nimi, zejm\u00e9na s rozd\u011blen\u00edm na REM a non-REM sp\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00e1ze non-REM sp\u00e1nku<\/h3>\n<p>Non-REM sp\u00e1nek se d\u011bl\u00ed na t\u0159i st\u00e1dia, ka\u017ed\u00e9 s charakteristick\u00fdmi znaky:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>N1 (Lehk\u00fd sp\u00e1nek):<\/strong>  Toto je p\u0159echodov\u00e1 f\u00e1ze mezi bd\u011bn\u00edm a sp\u00e1nkem.  Svaly se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed, t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota kles\u00e1,  srde\u010dn\u00ed tep a d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed se zpomaluj\u00ed.  M\u016f\u017eeme se snadno probudit a \u010dasto si ani neuv\u011bdomujeme, \u017ee jsme spali.  V t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi se mohou objevovat hypnagogick\u00e9 halucinace (nap\u0159. pocit pad\u00e1n\u00ed).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>N2 (St\u0159edn\u011b hlubok\u00fd sp\u00e1nek):<\/strong>  Mozek produkuje tzv. sp\u00e1nkov\u00e1 v\u0159etena a K-komplexy, co\u017e jsou kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 z\u00e1blesky elektrick\u00e9 aktivity, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed blokovat vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podn\u011bty a prohlubuj\u00ed sp\u00e1nek.  Srde\u010dn\u00ed tep a d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed se d\u00e1le zpomaluj\u00ed, t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota kles\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce.  Probuzen\u00ed je obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>N3 (Hlubok\u00fd sp\u00e1nek):<\/strong>  Toto je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze non-REM sp\u00e1nku.  Mozek produkuje pomal\u00e9 delta vlny.  Svaly jsou maxim\u00e1ln\u011b uvoln\u011bn\u00e9, srde\u010dn\u00ed tep a d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed jsou nejpomalej\u0161\u00ed.  Probuzen\u00ed je velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 a po probuzen\u00ed se c\u00edt\u00edme dezorientovan\u00ed. Mozek je v t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi velmi aktivn\u00ed, produkuje vlny podobn\u00e9 bd\u011bl\u00e9mu stavu.  Svaly jsou paralyzov\u00e1ny, abychom nep\u0159edv\u00e1d\u011bli sny.  V REM f\u00e1zi se n\u00e1m zdaj\u00ed nej\u017eiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sny.  Tato f\u00e1ze je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro konsolidaci pam\u011bti, u\u010den\u00ed a emo\u010dn\u00ed regulaci.<\/p>\n<h3>Cykly sp\u00e1nku<\/h3>\n<p>B\u011bhem noci proch\u00e1z\u00edme n\u011bkolika cykly, kter\u00e9 se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z non-REM a REM sp\u00e1nku.  Jeden cyklus trv\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 90 minut.  V prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b noci p\u0159eva\u017euje hlubok\u00fd non-REM sp\u00e1nek, zat\u00edmco v druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b se prodlu\u017euj\u00ed f\u00e1ze REM sp\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<p>Porozum\u011bn\u00ed f\u00e1z\u00edm sp\u00e1nku a rozd\u00edl\u016fm mezi REM a non-REM sp\u00e1nkem n\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 l\u00e9pe pochopit d\u016fle\u017eitost kvalitn\u00edho sp\u00e1nku pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.
