Dlouhodob\u00e1 sp\u00e1nkov\u00e1 deprivace m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm, jako je obezita, cukrovka, srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby a oslaben\u00fd imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m.  V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na to, jak s nedostatkem sp\u00e1nku efektivn\u011b bojovat a jak si zajistit kvalitn\u00ed odpo\u010dinek.<\/p>\n<h3>Identifikace p\u0159\u00ed\u010din<\/h3>\n<p>Ne\u017e se pust\u00edme do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 deprivace, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 identifikovat jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny. L\u00e9ka\u0159 m\u016f\u017ee diagnostikovat p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 poruchy, jako je insomnie nebo syndrom sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 apnoe, a doporu\u010dit vhodnou l\u00e9\u010dbu.<\/p>\n<h3>Kognitivn\u011b behavior\u00e1ln\u00ed terapie pro insomnii (CBT-I)<\/h3>\n<p>CBT-I je typ terapie, kter\u00e1 se zam\u011b\u0159uje na zm\u011bnu negativn\u00edch my\u0161lenek a chov\u00e1n\u00ed spojen\u00fdch se sp\u00e1nkem.
