Tento chronick\u00fd posun v \u010dase sp\u00e1nku naru\u0161uje n\u00e1\u0161 vnit\u0159n\u00ed hodiny a m\u00e1 tak negativn\u00ed vliv na na\u0161e fyzick\u00e9 i psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.
