Modern\u00ed neurov\u011bda v\u0161ak v posledn\u00edch letech zaznamenala v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pokrok v pochopen\u00ed t\u011bchto proces\u016f, od neuron\u00e1ln\u00edch aktivit a\u017e po komplexn\u00ed interakce mozkov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed.  Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 aspekty neurov\u011bdy sp\u00e1nku a sn\u016f, prozkoum\u00e1 jejich vz\u00e1jemn\u00fd vztah a shrne nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed poznatky v t\u00e9to oblasti.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e1ze sp\u00e1nku a jejich neuron\u00e1ln\u00ed korel\u00e1ty<\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00e1nek nen\u00ed jednotn\u00fd stav, ale proch\u00e1z\u00ed n\u011bkolika f\u00e1zemi, kter\u00e9 se li\u0161\u00ed svou elektroencefalografickou (EEG) aktivitou. Aktivace t\u011bchto oblast\u00ed je b\u011bhem REM sp\u00e1nku atypick\u00e1, co\u017e vede k bizarn\u00edm a nesouvisl\u00fdm obsah\u016fm sn\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Vztah sp\u00e1nku a pam\u011bti<\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00e1nek hraje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli v procesu konsolidace pam\u011bti.  B\u011bhem sp\u00e1nku doch\u00e1z\u00ed k reorganizaci a upev\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed z\u00edskan\u00fdch b\u011bhem bd\u011bn\u00ed.
