When silk road was made?
The history of the Silk Road can be dated back to the second century BC. Silk Road originated from the old capitals of Luoyang and Xi’an in the east and ended at the Mediterranean in the west, from the second century BC to the end of the fourteenth century AD. Ferdinand von Richthofen, a well-known German geographer, named this road as Silk Road because silk was the major trade product which traveled on this road.
