Again, for the sake of the methods of controlling amount of feature of dupioni silk yarns, put forward a new method that adding fresh twin cocoon to raw cocoon of reeling dupioni silk yarns, and make use of orthogonal experimental to study the impact about adding fresh twin cocoon of ratio, times of process of boiling cocoon, the usage of chemical additives and other factors to improve the amount features of dupioni silk yarns. Achieved notable result shows that the times of process of boiling cocoon and the use of chemical additives can improve amount of features of dupioni silk yarns, And confirmed that this method can improve the features of dupioni silk yarns.
