We sleep every day. Good sleep is an essential component of good health. Good sleep can keep you full of energy. However, some people don’t sleep well at night, and then you have sleep problems such as insomnia.
When we are stressed or have too much work or homework due the next day, we might have occasional sleepless night. You cannot fall asleep at night if these sleep difficulties persist pass the occasional sleepless night. The amount of sleep we need varies by person and also changes as we age. Although experts recommend adolescents sleep time 6-8 hours, but you may need ten hours of sleep each night.
Many people cannot fall asleep or cannot stay asleep, they will have insomnia. Insomnia, known as sleep onset insomnia, prevents you from falling asleep. Sometimes, insomniacs don’t get enough sleep since you wake up several times during the night. Insomniacs may have dark circles under their eyes. Insomniacs have difficulties in staying awake during the day. See your doctor if you notice any of these symptoms.
Latex mattresses and other types of mattresses are important in getting a good night’s sleep. Your latex mattresses could also cause insomnia. When sleeping, you need a mattress that will give you support. Without enough support, you will wake up several times during the night to re-position. Depending on how well you take care of it, mattresses can last for six to ten years. You are definitely not getting the support you need while you sleep after service time. Then, you will wake up with aches and pains.
