Uyqu paytida organizm dam oladi, to\u02bbplanib qolgan charchoqni yo\u02bbqotadi va turli funksiyalarni tiklaydi.  Bu murakkab jarayonning  mohiyatini chuqurroq tushunish uchun quyidagi ma&#8217;lumotlarni ko\u02bbrib chiqamiz.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Uyquning bosqichlari<\/h3>\n<p>Uyqu bir necha bosqichlardan iborat bo\u02bblib, har bir bosqich o\u02bbziga xos xususiyatlarga ega. Mushaklar bo\u02bbshashadi,  tananing tiklanishi sodir bo\u02bbladi.<\/td>\n<td>20-40 minut<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>REM uyqu esa ko\u02bbzlarning tez harakatlanishi bilan tavsiflanadi.  Bu bosqichda tushlar ko\u02bbriladi va miya faoliyati faol bo\u02bbladi.  REM uyqu davomiyligi odatda har bir uyqu siklida 10-20 minutni tashkil etadi.  Uyqu sikli taxminan 90-120 minut davom etadi va bir kechada bir necha marta takrorlanadi.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Uyqu va sog\u02bbliq<\/h3>\n<p>Yetarli va sifatli uyqu organizmning turli funksiyalari uchun juda muhimdir.  Uyqusizlik immunitet tizimini zaiflashtiradi, yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari, semirish va diabet xavfini oshiradi.  Bundan tashqari, uyqusizlik kayfiyat buzilishi, stress va depressiyaga olib kelishi mumkin.  Yetarlicha uyqu esa, aksincha,  immunitetni mustahkamlaydi,  yodgorlikni yaxshilaydi va kayfiyatni ko\u02bbtaradi.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Uyqusizlik sabablari va davolash usullari<\/h3>\n<p>Uyqusizlikning sabablari turlicha bo\u02bblishi mumkin: stress, tashvish,  yomon ovqatlanish,  jismoniy faoliyatning yetishmasligi,  ba&#8217;zi dorilarning yon ta&#8217;siri va boshqalar.  Uyqusizlikni davolash usullari ham turlicha:  sog\u02bblom turmush tarzini o\u02bbrnatish (muntazam jismoniy mashqlar, to\u02bbg\u02bbri ovqatlanish, stressni boshqarish),  uyqu gigienasiga rioya qilish (muntazam uxlash va uyg\u02bbonish vaqti, qulay uyqu sharoiti),  ba&#8217;zi hollarda esa shifokor tomonidan tayinlangan dori-darmonlar.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Uyqu gigienasi<\/h3>\n<p>Sog\u02bblom va sifatli uyqu uchun uyqu gigienasiga rioya qilish juda muhimdir.  Bu quyidagilarni o\u02bbz ichiga oladi:  muntazam uxlash va uyg\u02bbonish vaqtiga rioya qilish,  uyqudan oldin tinchlantiruvchi faoliyat bilan shug\u02bbullanish (kitob o\u02bbqish, musiqa tinglash),  uyqu xonasining qulay va sokin bo\u02bblishiga e&#8217;tibor berish,  kafein va alkogoldan voz kechish,  kechqurun og\u02bbir ovqat yemaganlik va boshqalar.<\/p>\n<p>Xulosa qilib aytganda, uyqu inson hayotida muhim rol o\u02bbynaydi va sog\u02bbliqni saqlashda hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega.  Sifatli va yetarli uyquga ega bo\u02bblish uchun  sog\u02bblom turmush tarzini o\u02bbrnatish va uyqu gigienasiga rioya qilish zarur.
