Yosh bolalarda REM uyqusi ko&#8217;proq, kattalarga qaraganda.<\/p>\n<p>REM uyqusining ahamiyati<\/p>\n<p>REM uyqusi miya faoliyati uchun juda muhimdir.  Ushbu bosqichda xotira mustahkamlanadi, yangi ma&#8217;lumotlar qayta ishlanadi va emotsional tajribalarni qayta ko&#8217;rib chiqish sodir bo&#8217;ladi.  REM uyqusi yetishmasligi kayfiyatning buzilishi, konsentratsiya qilish qiyinlashuvi va xotira zaiflashuviga olib kelishi mumkin.<\/p>\n<p>Non-REM uyqusining ahamiyati<\/p>\n<p>Non-REM uyqusi, ayniqsa uning 3-bosqichi, jismoniy tiklanish uchun juda muhimdir.
