How to Iron Silk Chiffon
Wash silk chiffon in cool water. Dry the silk chiffon. Place water in iron, plug it in, then set your iron to its low or cool setting. Place silk chiffon on ironing board and shape it into its proper form with your hands. Use a slightly damp ironing cloth to cover the item. Use a pressing cloth to cover the exposed section of the item. Iron over the ironing cloth in a vertical motion using smooth, even strokes, working your way from the center of the section out toward its edges. Periodically check the section for wrinkles. Keep ironing sections of the garment until all wrinkles have been removed.
