Quality Issues:
- Bedding: For quality issues with bedding products, we offer a full refund.
- Sleepwear: For quality issues with sleepwear, we offer an exchange.
- Underwear: Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for silk underwear.

3. Shipping Costs
Seller Pays Return Shipping: If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (incorrect items, damaged items, missing items), we will cover the return shipping cost to our location in Chengdu, CN.
Customer Pays Return Shipping: If you are returning items due to a change of mind (no quality issues), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
