Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Policy
In case of shipping wrong items, missing item or item damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to report the error or damage. You need to provide photos of the products to prove that we shipped the wrong items or damaged during shipping. We will exchange the items or you return the products and get full refund.
If the products have quality issues, we will either offer you a full refund (for bedding products) or exchange (for sleepwear), no questions asked. Silk lingerie not eligible due to the products’ private nature.
2. Refund Policy
You may ask for refund under the following circumstances:
- We shipped the wrong products.
- Products damaged during shipping process.
- Missing Items. (Sometimes we ship products in two or more packages, please check our communication emails.)
- Products don’t match the picture on website. (Note: There is minor color difference due to computer screen resolution or devices you use.)
- Refund processing time: 2 business days after we received the returning products.
- You must return (ship back) the product unless it’s damaged during shipping process. About shipping cost, check the following policy.
3. About Shipping Cost
- If exchange / return of products are caused by above reason, seller will pay the shipping cost back to China (where seller is located).
- If customers dislike the products received (no quality issue) and want to exchange items, customers need to pay the shipping fee (shipping back to seller) themselves.
