U.S. Import Duties & Tariffs
The price you pay at checkout does not include U.S. import duties.
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, the previous $800 duty-free exemption for goods shipped from China has been eliminated as of May 2, 2025. This means all items are now subject to import tariffs. These government-imposed fees are your responsibility and will be collected by the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, USPS) upon or before delivery.
These tariffs can be a significant percentage of your order’s value. For example, a $10 t-shirt could incur an additional $14.50 in duties.

Worldwide Shipping
Most items (like silk sheets, pillowcases, and clothing) are processed and ready to ship within 5 business days. However, custom Chinese Shu embroidery requires several weeks, and custom hand-knotted silk rugs may take months. We ship all orders via FedEx or EMS, with delivery typically within 7 business days.
A flat shipping fee of $25 USD applies. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged: Please photograph the FedEx label and the damaged items, then email us at info@pandasilk.com. Retain all original packaging and damaged goods.
